Guide to Well-Founded Research
We disclose institutional information and sources for research materials, including the nature of the materials and verification dates.
Standards for Official Sites and Materials
This website is the official site of the Center for Law & Economics at Seoul National University. Introduction to the center is based on Seoul National University Center homepage and School of Law research institute information. The introduction of Director Haksoo Ko relies on Seoul National University faculty profiles. SAPI's projects, reports, and events link to official postings and original texts.
We distinguish institutional research activities, co-author works, and external foundational literature. Project posts differentiate publication dates from actual start years; event notices distinguish posting dates from scheduled dates. Past event pages preserve records of contemporaneous official announcements.
Research Commentaries and Summaries
Research agendas by topic, study guides, and commentaries are website editorial content based on publicly available literature. They are not ascribed to personal statements or byline contributions of professors. Introductions of reports and papers serve as guidance to original texts and are not verbatim translations of original authors' expressions.
Use and Citation of Materials
Author, publication year, medium, and original text links are available on each bibliographic page. The citation copy function assists basic bibliographic formatting; please verify final citation style and page numbers according to original texts and submission guidelines. Access and download conditions for external originals follow the issuing institutions and rights holders' instructions.

News and daily updates
News archivePosts verified reports and institutional announcements in reverse chronological order by posting date. Distinguishes titles and dates of activity at the time and consolidates duplicate reports of the same event. Scheduled execution may be delayed due to service conditions. Feeds provide title, posting date, media, and links; actual event date and participation availability must be confirmed from original sources. If some sources cannot be retrieved, their status is indicated; if all retrievals fail, the last valid data is maintained.
Latest Research Briefings
