People do not make choices after reading all information and calculating. Limited attention, habits, time pressure, and screen layout also influence judgment. Behavioral law and economics verifies these conditions through experiments and observation, analyzing how institutional mechanisms such as disclosure, consent, and defaults actually induce behaviors.
