Data Governance in the Digital Age

DAIG is a magazine meaning Data and AI Governance, a publication prepared by SAPI to discuss legal policies on data and AI. The inaugural issue 2020-12 is themed on data governance in the digital era.

The inaugural issue contains articles on data valuation and collection paths, personal information handling in e-commerce, medical and financial data, AI training data, and platform regulation. It presents various authors’ approaches aimed at understanding technology operation and connecting it to legal and policy questions.

Professor Haksoo Ko co-authored “Data Collection: Paths and Current Status” with Jongyun Kim and ByoungPil Kim. Rather than listing Professor Ko as the sole author of the entire magazine, authors and topics of individual contributions are distinguished and presented accordingly.
